Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund & Return Policy
We value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund and return conditions are outlined below, grouped by product category. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. UHF Brackets
-Brackets are precision-cut and designed to fit specified vehicles.
-Returns/refunds are only accepted if:
-The wrong product was supplied, or
-The item arrives damaged or defective.
-Minor fitting adjustments (e.g., trimming, alignment) are considered normal and not grounds for refund.
-If you are not confident in fitting, professional installation is strongly recommended.
-Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was supplied incorrectly.
2. Rear Ladders
-Ladders are designed to fit the specified models/racks listed on product pages.
-Refunds are not available for incorrect purchases (e.g., choosing the wrong rack system).
Refunds are only available if:
-The ladder is unused and returned in original packaging, or
-The item is proven to be defective.
--Installation may require minor cutting; this does not constitute a defect.
--If you are not confident in cutting, alignment, or ladder installation, professional fitting is required.
3. HyprX Kits
-HyprX kits (including Starlink enclosures, mounting kits, and accessories) are custom-built to order.
-Refunds are limited to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
-No refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or once the kit has been modified/installed.
-Replacements may be provided if components arrive faulty.
-Due to their custom nature, refund eligibility is strictly case-by-case.
-If you are not confident with wiring, mounting, or battery integration, installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.
4. MUX Panels
-Installation of MUX switch panels requires automotive wiring knowledge and possible fascia modification.
-Refunds will not be issued for:
--Improper installation, trimming, or damage caused by modification.
--Incorrect wiring or use outside intended specifications.
--Custom panels are strictly non-refundable.
--Replacements may be provided if a panel is supplied faulty or damaged in transit.
--If you are not confident with automotive wiring or trimming, professional installation is required.
5. LC200 Flares
-LC200 flare kits require trimming and proper installation with silicon sealant.
-Refunds are only available if:
--The wrong flare model was supplied, or
--The kit arrives damaged.
--No refunds will be given once the flares have been painted, modified, or installed.
--Fitment adjustments are expected and do not qualify as defects.
--If you are not confident with trimming, alignment, or sealing, professional fitting is required.
6. Y62 Body Kits
-Y62 widebody kits are large, made-to-order items.
-Orders require a deposit; deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
-Refunds are only available in cases of proven manufacturing defect.
-Minor panel adjustments, trimming, or body shop fitting are standard and not grounds for refund.
-Once painted, drilled, or modified, the kit is strictly non-returnable.
-Professional fitting at a qualified body shop is required if you are not experienced in panel work.
7. General Conditions
-Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned goods are inspected and approved.
-Products must be returned in unused, resellable condition unless faulty.
-Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was supplied incorrectly or arrived defective.
8. Safety Disclaimer: The company accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, malfunction, or injury resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This will be valid within 30 days of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
